摘 要

加入WTO后我国的保险主体越来越多,市场竞争更加激励,尤其是受非理性竞争的影响,有的管理人员受眼前利益的影响,思想波动较大,管理意识不强,工作质量不高,有些措施落实不到位,执行力有偏差,甚至目标任务不能按期完成,这些都与现代企业发展战略相违背。而中层管理人员作为企业的中坚力量,对企业的战略实施具有十分重要的作用。为此,必须对其建立有效的绩效评价体系,以促进其内部良性竞争,形成以机制推动工作的良好格局。
本文通过对SLEB公司中层管理人员绩效考评的研究,深入把握其绩效评价现状,分析判断存在的问题与根源,研究构建基于关键绩效指标的评价体系,以促进中层管理人员更好地理解和执行企业高层的决策方针,更高效地计划、组织、领导和控制企业的日常经营职能,进而促进企业战略目标的实现。同时强化他们对企业内外形势的认识和发展观点,提高他们关于业务的决策能力、计划能力,使他们更为深刻地理解现代经营管理的体系和经营活动中人的行为,提高他们的判断和评价能力以及与人的沟通交流能力,从而有效促进企业的发展。
