电脑在桌面上右键反应慢问题

经常点了好一会儿才出菜单，看硬盘等也不繁忙，cpu利用率也很低，不曾有病毒，谁能解释下这是什么原因？有时候有时在多个窗口切换的时候也出现严重的滞后现象（cpu利用率都不高）是显卡问题吗？
