现状：现在“看病贵”主要反映在药品价格方面，存在的问题是一部分药品价格虚高。由于历史原因，作为过期专利药，原研药这个中国“独创”的药品类别在我国享受单独定价。
原研药往往比同一通用名的本土药物贵上几倍，自从诞生这天起，其居高不下的价格就一直成为国内企业指责的对象。尽管09新医改方案尚未提及“原研药”，但关于原研药单独定价问题，向来是业界重点关注、争议频频的问题之一：有人认为原研药享受单独定价的现实有一定的合理性，有人则认为这种“超国民待遇”早该叫停……
目的：本文从“08年南京市九家医院招标目录”中的原研药与仿制药的药价分析，结合原研药在医院使用份额情况以及医药公司的销量，同时联系原研药在本土立足的历史原因，综合对“原研药单独定价”的合理性进行探究。

Current situation:Nowadays expensive health care mainly reflects in the price of medicine.One of the problems is that the prices of medicine have been artificially raised high.Because of historic reasons,original ground medicine,a unique type of medicine in China,is separately priced as outdated patent drugs.
Original ground medicine is several times more expensive than locally produced medicine with the same name.Since its introduction,original ground medicine has become the target of accusation by domestic business organisations because of its consistently high price.Though the new health care reform scheme in 2009 did not mention original ground medicine,how to price original ground medicine remains a highly concerned and controversial issue:Some people think that it is rational to price original ground medicine separately,some think that this "superior people's treatment" should be called to a stop---
