本设计为“一”字型12层高层住宅楼，建设地点在西安市，论文名为西安市耀江区秀月家园高层住宅，结合建筑设计并考虑住宅建筑的特点，该建筑采用了框架—剪力墙结构。该设计包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。
