A foest is a large area of trees.forests are very important because they provide shelter and food for birds animals andinsects. birds build their nests intrees.Small animals and insects build their homes in the hollows of trees.Leaves,flowers and furit are their food.

forests are very important to us.we get wood from forests.we use wood to make furniture and house.
if there is no forests,we will have no wood to start a fire.....
we must stop cuting down forests.forests are our friends.
