两者比较级前要加the吗？怎么用？

当比较范围为两者时，比较级前要加the.
He is the taller of the two.
三者及三者以上的最高级前加the.
He is the tallest in the class.

最高级才需要the
she is more clever than he.
she is the most clever student in the class.

三个或三个以上才用最高级
