随着世界经济的迅猛发展和人类生活水平的大幅度提高，能源需求急剧增加。作为可移动能源用于燃料电池和实现汽车高效以及零污染排放的氢能，近年来得到世界各国的广泛关注。氢能是人类未来的新能源，是因为氢能具备燃烧效率高及无污染等特点。
正是由于我国制氢行业相关技术研发相对滞后和巨大的发展需求， 因而制氢技术在我国有较大的发展前景。柴油自热重整制氢即提高柴油的热效率又降低污染，因此，柴油自热重整制氢的发展对解决能源和环保两大问题具有重要意义。
本文以直馏柴油为原料研究柴油自热重整制氢技术：设计了贵金属、非贵金属催化剂体系；采用等体积分段浸渍法制备了1种贵金属催化剂，3种非贵金属催化剂；设计了两种柴油自热重整制氢反应器和实验流程，组建了柴油自热重整制氢装置；通过活性和稳定性评价筛选了催化剂；在柴油全分析的基础上，通过单因素实验和正交实验考察并分析了影响因素，优化了工艺条件；进行了柴油自热重整过程的热力学分析；研究了还原方法，并对催化剂进行了XRD、比表面积、SEM表征。
研究结果表明：本文反应器、实验装置设计合理，满足柴油自热重整制氢要求；PtLaCe/Al2O3、LaCeCoCrFeNi/Al2O3催化剂具有较好的催化活性、稳定性；单因素实验结果表明PtLaCe/Al2O3催化剂的活性优于LaCeCoCrFeNi/Al2O3催化剂。正交实验表明，PtLaCe/Al2O3催化剂适宜的操作条件为700℃，柴油液空速0.24h-1，水碳比20，氧碳比0.6 ，在此条件下，氢产率为37.4mol/mol，氢含量为55%；热力学分析及CHEMCAD流程模拟结果表明，上述条件下的柴油重整制氢均能实现自热；本文提出的柴油原位还原方法可行。
