第2阶段 Josh与Sarah的认知深化且人格化
在进行电影宣传过程中，在相互沟通下，Josh与Sarah 相互了解，Sarah与Josh都认识到自己的意见与对方十分不一致。同时Sarah利用自己的位置权利对Josh一位地下达工作任务，而没有关注Josh的个人关注点和工作感受，也让Josh对于这个领导感到失望，使Josh失去工作意愿， 从而产生失望的emotion和moods。当Sarah不采纳Josh的意见时，Josh便产生了敌对感。
