这两句话没有什么问题。在necessary后面的从句要用虚拟语气，即it is necessary that sb. should do的形式，而且should可以省略。

1 It is necessary that a scientist knows
2 The two brothers look alike very much, don't mistake one from the other.

1 know 改成 knows
2 for 改成from
