旋律死亡金属有几种分支？

不再有分支了.
正统起源为哥德堡，90年代那会在那起家的乐队也叫哥德堡之声
但是很多旋死乐队是和别的风格融合的：
前卫/力量 (e.g. Children of Bodom), 歌特 (e.g. Before the Dawn),维京 (e.g. Ensiferum), 交响(e.g. Eternal Tears of Sorrow), 激流(e.g. Arch Enemy), groove metal(e.g. The Haunted), 厄运 (e.g. Swallow the Sun) and 民谣金 (e.g. Falchion).
