if either party is prevented or delayed in the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement by force majeure,that party shall forthwith serve notice in writing on the other party specifying the nature and extent of the circumstances gicing rise to force majeure,and,within 15 days of such notice,must serve on the other party a certificate of force majeure issued by an appropriate body such as a chamber of commerce and shall,subject to service of such notices and to sub-clause 4of this section,have no liability in respect of the performance of such of its obligations as are prevented by the force majeure events during the continuation of such events,and for such time after they cease as is necessary for that party,using all reasonable endeavours,to recommence its affected operations in order for it to perform its obligations.

如果任何一方由于不可抗力而无法或延误行使合同所规定的义务，那一方应立即以书写的方式通知另一方来详细说明此不可抗力的影响及原因。并且在15天内，向另一方出示由像总商会这样的相关部门或与此不可抗力相关的部门所颁发的不可抗力的证明书，按照此章第4条，如果此不可抗力持续，由不可抗力引起义务的无法执行那一方不承担此责任，并且一旦这个事件结束，他们需要合理的赶工以完成他们的义务。
