Irene Keng was born in Torrance, California and spent her early years in Culver City. After being introduced to theater in the first grade, Irene consistently starred in theater productions throughout her school career. Irene was accepted into New York University`s Tisch School of the Arts and studied at the Lee Strasberg Institute and Stonestreet Studios. She interned at Emerging Pictures whose founder is Ira Deutchman, former founder and President of Fine Line Features and former Senior Vice President of New Line Cinema. At Emerging Pictures, Irene gained invaluable producing experience by working closely with her bosses. Furthermore, Irene was nominated for best supporting actress at the Golden Bell Awards of Taiwan for her role in "Love Caffeine," a mandarin/english television feature. Recently, Irene returned from starring in an international series, "Liu Li Zhi
