摘要：?目的：观察黄芪、香丹注射液联合西医治疗老年肺部感染的疗效。?方法：对照组56例运用抗感染、化痰等药静脉滴注或配合雾化吸入等法治疗老年肺部感染；治疗组30例在上述西医治疗的基础上加用黄芪、香丹注射液治疗老年肺部感染。?结果：治疗组30例，有效率97%；对照组56例，有效率89%，疗效组有效率明显高于对照组。?结论：黄芪、香丹注射液益气活血，改善心肺功能，提高机体抵抗力，缩短病程，提高疗效。?关键词：黄芪注射液 香丹注射液 老年肺部感染?

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the Astragalus injection Xiangdan Western medicine treatment of pulmonary infection in the elderly patients.
Methods: 56 cases of control group, the use of anti-infective, phlegm, such as intravenous drug or with aerosol inhalation treatment, such as pulmonary infection in the elderly; the treatment group in the above-mentioned 30 cases of treatment based on Western medicine plus Astragalus injection in treating Xiangdan pulmonary infection in the elderly.
Results: 30 cases of treatment group, 97 percent efficient; 56 cases of the control group, 89 percent efficient, the efficiency effect of group was significantly higher than that.
Conclusion: Astragalus, Xiangdan Yiqihuoxue injection to improve cardiopulmonary function and enhance the body resistance and shorten the course and enhance the effectiveness of treatment.
