在名词性从句中
问：What's the matter with him?

what's 是what is 还是what has还是what was?

问句用What will he do？
答是:He says that he will sell the house.
这里先用了一般现在时，然后用一般将来时，为什么不用一般过去时代替一般现在时？

第一个是what is 意思是他怎么了 is是be动词，has可以引导完成时，但是这里不是完成时
第二个he says这里是一般现在时，说明是他刚说的，如果用一般过去时表示他以前说过的，这里用哪种时态语法上都对，只是时态上不同

一般来说，没有过去的时间状语是可以不用过去式的
