js 特效求助

背景为图片，网页内容遮盖不了背景图片，很简单的一个特效。

这不是什么JS特效,这是html元素背景属性就可以设置的. 最好是用CSS写,如某处要用到则,如在表格中.<td style="background:url(img/head.gif) no-repeat ; width:800px; height:25px; position:relative")>等,其中background:url(img/head.gif)为背景图片,no-repeat为不重复,重复的有x-repeat\y-repeat\repeat.
