高一英语问题，跪求高人指点

1.who代替先行词 three sons，可分为两个句子：He has three sons和 three sons are doctors，我认为翻译有误，应该是“他有三个儿子，都是医生”。
2.where=介词+which
介词+关系词
1）介词后面的关系词不能省略。
2）that前不能有介词。
3） 某些在从句中充当时间，地点或原因状语的"介词+关系词"结构可以同关系副词when ,where和why 互换。 This is the house in which I lived two years ago.
This is the house where I lived two years ago.
Do you remember the day on which you joined our club?
Do you remember the day when you joined our club?
This is the reason why he came late.
This is the reason for which he came late.

我认为翻译有误，应该是“他有三个儿子，都是医生”

至于where 和 in which 在用的时候似乎并没有太大区别。如果做题的话，两个选项很少会一起出。

应该是“他有三个儿子，都是医生”
两者都可用

译文应该是：他的三个儿子都是医生。
直译就是：他有三个儿子，他们都是医生

in which一般在句中出现

他又三个儿子，谁是医生。
