个别介词的问题

句1：Natalya Estemirova was found in the neighboring region of Ingushetia with gunshot wounds to her head and chest.句中to her head and chest是什么结构啊？为什么用to这个介词啊？
句2：The Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said he was outraged at the murder. 为什么用at这个介词而不是用by啊？

to这里是表示gunshot的方向，只是wounds的话用in。
outraged adj. 震惊的,义愤填膺的（是形容词，不是被动语态）
at 这里表示原因，再例如：I was much surprised at（hearing）the news.听到这消息我非常惊奇。
