UC知道请教一个关于路由器配置文件备份的问题

在CCNA学习指南中文第六版中有道这样的题：
问题：
You copy a configuration from a network host to a router's RAM. The configruation looks correct，yet it is not working at all. What could the problem be ?
答案：
The copy did not override the shutdown command in running-config.
书上是这样解释的：
当从网络主机到路由器执行复制操作时，接口会自动关闭，所以需要手动执行 no shutdown 命令来启动接口。
不太明白这句话是什么意思，从网络主机到路由器执行复制操作时，什么借口会自动关闭？是路由器上与主机连接的那个接口？比如执行copy tftp running-config 的时候先把接口no shutdown? 既然以前已经连接好的不就已经开着了么？？
还有就是题目中“yet it is not working at all.”意思是复制完配置文件后路由器不能工作？还是说根本无法执行复制操作？

用tftp恢复cisco配置时,你的配置已经保存在router中,但是所有的端口此时都是shutdown状态(因为默认的cisco端口都是shutdown),需要你手动开启才行.
你要仔细读英文,中文翻译一般是比较差的.
虽然以前是连接好的,但当你每次copy配置到router时,cisco都会再次将端口shutdown.
为什么not working at all?
因为这份配置copy并没有override(撤消) the shutdown command in running-config!
那个not working at all指的是配置文件无法生效，不是路由器。这个问题似乎不是技术问题，而是语言逻辑学问题。。。
需要重新no shutdown。。。
