lighting表示与主语 he 的关系是主动关系，表“他点燃了蜡烛”

seen 表示与主语the park 的关系是被动关系，表“公园（被别人）从山那边看过来（而不是公园自己从山那里看过来）”

( to serve )the people well,we must work hard at our lesson.
使用不定式同样表示与主语we为主动关系，而且此处表目的，所以使用不定式。
