电脑反应慢是电脑原因还是其他的原因啊？

我的电脑该清理的，杀毒的，漏洞的，碎片的，木马的该做的都做了。可还是反应很慢！急呀！寻求高手解决问题啊！！！！！前提：网速还可以的下载速度每秒1.11/mb
