UC知道进不了windows,弹个蓝色画面出来(有很多英文)

我电脑硬件比较老了.现在进不了windows.总是在windows滚动条走完的时候然后就出现蓝色画面出来(有很多英文),然后马上就重起了.
进安全模式也会出现这种情况,如果多进几次安全模式的话也能进去.
如果多就让它不停的重起不管它的话,可能20分钟左右后就能正常使用了.
每天早上开机都是这种情况.
排除病毒原因,因为我这几天几乎天天重装系统

英文提示是什么，要看了才知道！有可能硬盘分区坏了！电源供电不足！等等....。最好是把英文抄下来，我给你看看，解决了记得加分。
