1、检查内存是否插紧，质量是否有问题或不兼容。
2、更改、升级显卡、声卡、网卡驱动程序。
3、请安装系统补丁。
4、杀毒。
1安全模式进入,安装最新的显卡驱动
2重新插拔下内存和显卡
3如果都无效常识重装系统
暂时可以排除硬件问题
我以前出现和你一样的提示 我是升级了最新显卡驱动后出现的蓝屏 于是我把最新的显卡驱动卸了再装上原来的旧驱动 问题解决了
建议你用windebug分析一下蓝屏信息
1、首先下载windebug
：http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/devtools/debugging/installx86.mspx
2、 启动 windbg， windbg界面: file->symbol file path (ctrl+s) 输入:
SRV*c:\temp*http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols，然后确定
3. windbg界面: file->open crash dump(ctrl+d)，打开9. 打开例如C:\Windows\
