The case of whirlwind driving accident in HangZhou has shocked me and many other Chinese citizens. We feel angry for the illegal whirlwind driving in the city, feel sorry for the lost of a young boy's life in the accident, but the most important thing is, we are strongly urged for the fair justice. Most of us feel unfair for the victim, because it's extremely dangrous when murder excessive speeding in the city and finally strike the young boy to fly over five meter high, but the the criminal charge to the murder has been decided as the "traffic accident crime" by the court without any discussion or questioning. We sincerely wise the criminal charge is "crime against public security", so the murder will sent for longer captivity to compensate the accident, and improve the legal justice.

后面那个feel sorry for..和那个逗号之间原则上加个conjunction会好点。
