1.如果没有but的话，就可以选A或B的.但是题目中有but，使句子的性质发生了变化.本来是个复合句，但是现在变成了两个分句.but引导的句子要有自己的一套主谓宾.所以选择C
2.如果选择A的话，句子中会出现两个谓语动词的，一个read 另一个是became.\
而一个句子中只能有一个谓语动词，所以A肯定不对了.这样比较通俗易懂，而且这个方法可以帮你做很多题.常考的，就是看有几个谓语动词，只
能有一个哦.
3.因为hours通常用that的，而days常用when/which
4.the piont应该是程度、时候的意思. 意思是，治疗要到病人能够安全行走的时候为止.因而指代的是时间.所以选择A
