it is pretty common that people are abused at work. in most cases this is verbal abusement.
to solve the problem, supervisor has to call up a meeting and hear the both sides of the story.
this sometimes has an effect to health, like nervous break down. so the company is obliged to provide health care also for this kind of cases.
in verbal abusement people aim at you without no excuse usually, and this is a big pressure for abused person. after this they usually start to suffer from depression. the abuser doesnt want to lay off with it and it makes matters even worse.this kind of situations are really common and i just hope it wont happend in the company i will work for in the future.
