我从网上下了一些powerpoint templates，但怎么使用？

是*.potx（或者*.pot）文件吧？
把它们复制到模版文件夹下，然后在PowerPoint中，选择“文件-新建”时即可在“我的模版”中看到它们。
至于，模版文件夹的位置，不同的操作系统有所不同。
Windows XP是：C:\Documents and Settings\用户名\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates；
Windows Vista是：c:\Users\用户名\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates\

（把上面的用户名替换成你登录电脑的具体账号名即可）
