We are a knitting factory with 8 years of exporting experience. All of our clients have their own brand like you do. Your requirements can all be done and ship to your warehouse directly with a minimum order of 1000 piece per design/item. Also, please keep in mind that we can only do knitting ware due to the nature of our factory.
We will give you a reasonable CIF quote as soon as we receive your specifications, e.g. pattern, size, fabric, quantity and destination of shipment.
Please also advice your payment terms along with the above specs. Your prompt reply is very much appreciated。
感觉上应该是封回信吧？
整封信的最开头一句话也可以写成：
We are a knitting factory with 8 years of exporting experience on an OEM basis. 意思是我们是一家有八年代工出口经验的针织工厂。OEM就是代工或委托制造的意思。
