不一样的，前面的意思是：我们住的宾馆很干净，而后面的只是一个从句而已，
应该是这样儿划等号：
the hotel we live in is clean = the hotel where we live is clean
= the hotel which we live in is clean

the hotel(that) we live in=the hotel where we live

不一样，第一句是我们住的宾馆是干净的，第二句是我们住的宾馆

是相等的。
后面只是从句了。
