本人去欧洲留学 上本科。以下是填表遇到的问题。

20.employer and employer's address and telephone number. For students,name and address of school.
（因为高中毕业。是填高中的名字和地址？）

24.number of entries requested
single entry 一次入境/ two entries 两次入境/ multiple entries 多次入境

25.duration of stay 停留时间
（学4年呢。 这个时间怎么填？ 4 years？）

30.31. date of arrival 抵达日期/ date of departure 离境日期。

（确定了抵达日期。但不知离境日期 怎么填？）

35.who is paying for your cost of travelling and for your costs of living during your stay? 谁支付你的路费和在国外停留期间的生活费用。
