9. Any such demand, notice or communication shall be deemed to have been duly served when left at the proper address for service provided that if the time of such deemed service is either after 4 p.m. on a Business Day or on a day other than a Business Day service shall be deemed to have occurred instead at 10 a.m. on the next following Business Day.

当服务提供方得到正确地址时，任何询问、通知和沟通都应当及时得到受理。除非服务申请时间被认为是当天工作日下午4点以后或者非工作日，受理工作将会改到下一个工作日上午10时受理。

9。 所有送达到正确地址的要求，通知或信函都将被视为正式递交。但是，如果送达时间是在工作日的下午4点以后或是非工作日，那么送达时间将被视为在下一工作日的上午10点钟。
