应该选c.news 是不可是名词

可以断开了主谓语和其它成分之后，句子之中没有修饰语quite，even，very等，我们就可以直接选择感叹词。因为在划线之后的部分是a strange man，单词数目多于一个（3个），按照“数目多了用what”的口诀，我们就可以选择使用感叹词what。如果在断开了主谓语和其它成分，并且去掉了表示程度的修饰语quite、very等之后，划线之后的部分单词数目是一个，我们就可以按“数目为一how填”这句口诀来选择感叹词了。

exciting news是名词，名词句首用what，再加上冠词an。exciting是以原音开头所以用an。

excited是adjective（adj）所以句首要用how。
