卸载eset smart security时出现对话框看不懂

Another application has exclusive access to the file 'c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\eset\eset smart security\logs\epfwlog.dat'.please shut down all other applications,then click retry.

另一个应用程序正在使用c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\eset\eset smart security\logs\epfwlog.dat。请关闭所有其他应用程序，然后单击重试。

意思就是说，epfwlog.dat这个文件正在被使用，请关闭使用该文件的程序（正在使用的文件是无法删除的），然后重试。

另外一个应用程序对'c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\eset\eset smart security\logs\epfwlog.dat'文件有关联，请关闭所有的进程（就是nod32相关进程），然后重试！

这次干不掉重启再干基本就能解决了呵呵

重启电脑，然后取消ess的自我保护，再卸载看！
