UC知道安全模式无法完成

我重启选择安全模式进入！ 没等开机就屏幕就显示：

我早上查杀出有木马，但是杀不掉1！！ 经过一番努力现在再查没有了，不知道还有木马没！我用的是ESET NOD32。。

这是怎么回事？？
我早上查杀出有木马，但是杀不掉1！！ 经过一番努力现在再查没有了，不知道还有木马没！我用的是ESET NOD32。。
安全模式损坏，建议到正常模式修复下，建议使用软件金山系统急救箱或者金山清理专家
先下载个360木马专杀工具。。查杀完以后看电脑有没有问题。。如果还有问题只能重装系统。。（免费杀毒软件几乎没效果，我从来不用）
