可以理解，但是感觉别扭，可以改为 Both of Sanzy and Briyzn are married或者是Sanzy and Briyzn are both married.

Sanzy and Briyzn are both married.
(be+ both/all +形容词)

both Sanzy and Briyzn are married.

楼上不对，只有 Both of them are……
