there be 和there have结构后跟的对象有什么不同？

汉语中“有”，用英语既可以用there be结构，表示存在有；也可以用动词have,表示所属有。英语中没有there have这种表达。
比如，如果要表达：河里有一只小船。就要用“存在有”。
There is a boat in the river.
再如，要表达：他有一只小花猫。就要用“所属有”。
He has a small white -black cat.
