我是一个中国人，因为需要在德国商店买一些软件，所以注册了个德国帐号（no credit），并且在http://stores.ebay.de/ECENCE-Shop这儿花了168.00元人民币购买了15欧元的ITUNES GIFT CARD，在我购买完之后还有8欧元的余额，然后，为什么显示我的帐号disabled呢，致使我的软件不能升级和在购买别的东西，我需要你们给出一些解释，谢谢。同时，请用英文回信，不要用德语，因为我不太懂，谢谢～
