There′s some doubt she will be able to pay off the loan from the bank on time.
A. that B. whether
答案是A，他说是同位语从句。。不懂。。明明是疑惑 不确定的呀
是老师讲的。。。
有没有可能特殊用法呢？

There is no doubt that－clause 毫无疑问
There is no doubt about sth. 毫无疑问
There is some doubt whether-clause 对某事有些疑问
Doubt 作动词用后接宾语从句时，肯定句中用whether或if 引导从句，在否定句和疑问句中用 that

所以强烈怀疑你答案的正确性。你再查查是不是那个答案书有问题。
个人认为选B

some doubt已经说了有些疑问 ，如果后面再加个疑问意义的连接词whether就是双重疑问了。 英语里面不会出现这种情况的。
