1.用的单词我不知道什么时候用那些词，我只知道表人的时候用by,use和with我就不知道什么时候用了。这里有两个with。
2.这里的be attended with 是被带来的意思，按照句子的意思应该是好疗效被带来呀！我的理解是The good results is attended with treatment with medicinal herb.或是using medicinal herb treatment attend with good results.

第一个表示伴随，第二个是搭配
这里的attend有被动，应该是及物动词，表示伴随，带有的意思
这句话是说中草药治疗能带来好的疗效
