Dear friend.

I am sorry that I cannot join your team. It is a tempting idea to hold a company together. Hoever, Running a company means we have to work out form the beginning. Without too much experence,it's going to be a tough work. Also,I am a math teacher who don't know too much things except for the my own field of knowledge.Maybe I can't help if I join your team. I appreciate for this opportunity but I cannot.
