UC知道09年关于澳洲475签证英语要求的变化

我在申请475州政府担保的签证，以前中介说雅思必须要四个6才行，或者四个5.5交培训费。最近看了看澳洲移民的官方网站，发现有了新的变化。
Level of English Points Evidence required
Proficient 25 points You must provide one of the following:
IELTS Test Report Form (TRF) Number to show you have a band score of at least seven (7) on each of the four (4) components – speaking, reading, listening and writing
or
evidence of having achieved a score of `B´ or higher on each of the four (4) components of the OET Test.
Competent 15 points You must provide one of the following:
evidence that you hold an eligible passport
IELTS TRF Number to show you have a band score of at least six (6) on each of the four (4) components – speaking, reading, listening and writing.
Concessional Competent 15 points You must provide the following:
your IELTS Test Report Form (TRF) Number to show you have an average band score of at least six (6) across the four (4) components.

至少得是6 每门都得6或6以上
只有达到5.5才是接收条件，达到6.0以上可以不上语言强化班了。
英语国家要求：大学雅思6.0以上，读研7.0以上。
不是，是每门都要过六分。南澳的Concessional English Program 现在必须有雇主担保才可以申请。申请到以后的标准才是平均6分。现在不需要上语言课了。
