is this your brother?的回答与is this girl your sister?的回答的区别

前者的主语是this,并不知是男是女，所以应答：Yes/No,it is.
后者的主语是this girl,已知是女，所以应答：Yes/No,she is/isn't.

两个问题的回答没有本质区别，只是主语的性别不同，注意第三人称单数she和he 得运用就好。

如果是 就答Yes,she is.(Yes,he is.)
不是 就答No,she isn't.(No,he isn't.)

is this your brother?意思：这是你的哥哥？
回答：yes 或 no
is this girl your sister?
回答：yes 或 no

主语不同
一个是HE,一个是SHE
1.YES.HE/SHE IS.
2.NO.HE/SHE ISN'T.
