安装不了Microsoft .NET Framework

以前装过后来删掉了

现在想玩回模拟人生2所以要装可是装不了。。

装的时候弹窗口

setup.cannot continue because this version of the .NET Framework is incomapetible with a previously installed,see...(是网址懒的打了。）

我看比别人说要装windows installer先再装，我也下载了装了还是装不了Microsoft .NET Framework
我是用360卸载的。
也是用360装3.5就是装不上才下载2.0装，也装不了
3.5安装失败的错误日志：

去windows目录下\system32\spupdsvc.exe看看有没有，有的话，直接删除，然后重新安装frame works3.5。

Microsoft .NET Framework的数字签名显示该程序不可用。
