UC知道每次开机等待时间超长checking file system on c

现在我的笔记本一开机，就出现checking C，要等待将近一个小时，本人对电脑很菜鸟，在网上查到这种现象有可能是硬盘坏了，然后运行chkdsk C: /x /f，出现说明是：文件系统类型是FAT32.无法锁定当前驱动器。因为另一个过程正在使用这个卷，无法运行chkdsk 。是否计划在下次系统重新启动时检查这个卷？
开机等待检查的具体内容如下，请电脑高手指点指点。

如果你是正常关机还出来自检硬盘的情况，多半是因为你的C盘分区没有完全格式化。
只能是先格式化C盘，再重装系统解决。
把电脑设置为光驱启动，用XP的启动光盘启动电脑，在菜单中选择PE进入，把C盘重新格式化。或者进入DOS，用format c:命令格式化C盘。
再重装系统。
找个工具检测一下硬盘，应该是有坏道。
通俗一点就是：要么你系统有问题，要么你硬盘有问题。建议你先检查硬盘。
用个软件把分区表修复下看看。
应该是不正常关机引起的开机自检重做系统试一下
