其实最后一个分句,改成完整的一个句子后应该是：the rest (computers) were to follow (to be sent to Sichuan) next June.但是作为一个插入语，谓语动词要省略，所以were要省略，所以选C。这里的were(be) to do sth，是一般过去将来时，表示从过去的某一时间来看将来要发生的动作或存在的状态。过去将来时常用于宾语从句和间接引语中。

BD都是被动的形式，也就是the rest is followed的意思～一看就不对，因为意思是，剩余的将会下个6月随之而来，这个“随着”是rest主动发出的…………

所以只能是C喽～而且to表示将来时～～～正好对应了next....

the rest follows next june.由于前面有逗号，所以follows变为to follow
