“这个问题老是重复了5遍我才弄明白”这个句子从中文的逻辑上看似乎有点语病。如果一定是这样,试译如下：
All the time, I can't understand the problem until I study it for 5 times.

是否为：这个问题我重复了5遍才弄明白？ 若如此：I couldn't understand the problem until I had studied(分析、考虑) it for 5 times.

Every time I feel nervous when a test starts.
I didn't understand this problem until it's repeated for 5 times.

楼上几位的第一句话都是不对的，“每次”已经是一个引导词了，所以就不能再用when了，一个从句只能有一个引导词。
