我能想到是,
1.先wire transfer,把钱都转到你中国的银行户头,这表估计POSB网上能下载.
2.销户.估计也能下到这个FORM.应该添好,签字,传真就行了吧.
建议你给POSB发个email问问,服务应该挺好的.
