个人行为： 做酒庄的门店营业员
地点： 高卢酒庄门店
事件： 在浙江高卢酒业有限公司的第2周，我自己提出要求去门店实践一下营业员的工作。
早上九点准备来到门店开门，进行简单的清扫。接着要对酒柜上的酒进行整理，然后查看一下昨天的营业记录。在昨天的记录中看到有客人预定了3支红酒，要在今天中午送到酒店，于是我填写了提货单，让负责配送货物的同事在中午送到客户指定的酒店。
下午有一对夫妻上门，这对夫妻是法国华侨，有喝红酒的习惯，想买些红酒日常饮用，我给他们介绍了一款口味比较醇厚的干红葡萄酒，并开瓶请他们品酒。 他们非常喜欢我推荐的酒品，购买了一箱推荐的葡萄酒。
4点半，上晚班的同事来接班，我把一天的事物给她进行了交接。
今天的发现： 营业员是公司中最前线的工作人员，对公司的产品需要很高的熟悉度。销售技巧也是营业员很重要的技巧。

Location: Gallo Winery shop
Event: Liquor Co., Ltd. in Zhejiang, Gaul the first 2 weeks, I requested to look at sales outlets of practice work.
9:00 am ready to come to shop door, a simple cleaning. Then want to sort out the wine on the wine cooler, and then look at yesterday's business records.
