在DNA限制酶切实验中，温度对酶切效果有何影响？

看什么酶喽，都有自己的最适温度，不过有次给BamH1用37度，其实该是30度的，不过最后照样切好了，就是说这个还行，别的没试过不用最适温度的。

Since the sources of the enzyme are quite different, the optimal temperatures are different, most work at 37C, some work at 25C, a few work at 50C. They would not work at all or would not work properly if the temperature is not optimal.
