卖 方： 容江贸易公司（中国福州）
买 方： Smith & Sons Co, Ltd. (新加坡)
商品名称： 桐口粉干
规 格： 货号MF804
数 量： 20公吨
单 价： 成本加运费及保险费新加坡到岸价每公吨588美元
总 金 额： 11760美元
包 装： 聚乙烯每袋装1公斤，25袋装一纸板箱
保 险： 由卖方按中国人民保险公司条款照发票金额的110%投保综合险及战争险。
装 运 港： 中国福州
目 的 港： 新加坡
装船期限： 2009年9月装船，允许分运及转运
唛 头： 由卖方选定
支付条款： 保兑的，不可撤消的信用证，凭装船单据见票即付，装船日期后15天内在中国议付有效。
签约地点与日期：2009年8月3日于福州。

这个信用证与合同不相符的条款有两条，
1.available by draft drawn in duplicate on them at 30days after sight.
这一条规定见到汇票后30天付款，而合同规定见到汇票立即付款。
2.Shipment is to be made from China port to Singapore before Sep 30,2009,with partial shipment and transshipment prohibited.
这一条意思是：不允许分批运输及转船。而合同规定运输分批和转船。
还有一点与合同不符的是：信用证没有加保兑，与合同不符。
这个要专业人士帮忙。
Dear Sirs,
Thank you for your L/C No. 8/96031 under our S/C No. 96-08F. After checking your L/C, we need you to amend it for the following items.
1. We need the L/C to be confirmed.
2. We need the payment by documents at sight instead of at 30 days after sight.
3. As mentioned in our S/C, we need the partial and transhipment to be allowed.
4. We also need at least 15 days to negotiate the documents after the shipment, so please amend the expiry of the L/C to Oct, 15th, 2009.
