摘要 目的 探讨肺康复有氧运动对缓解期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疲劳的干预效果，方法：将门诊60例，缓解期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为实验组30例，作为研究对象，对照组30例仅接受常规护理。实验组在接受常规护理的基础上给予8周的肺康复有氧运动干预。使用修订的piper疲乏量表（RPFS）评价干预效果。结果：8周干预结束后，实验组RPFS及各维度得分明显低于对照组，有统计学意义（p<0.05），而对照组RPFS及各维度得分较8周前降低，但变化不明显，无统学意义（P>0.05）。结论：肺康复有氧运动可减轻慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的疲劳。
